Q.Does the price include setup and delivery?
A.If your event location is within our free delivery radius then the delivery, setup, take down and pickup is free!
Q.When do you set up?
A.Set up occurs prior to scheduled time. We may have to deliver as early as 7am & pick up as late as 11pm, this depends on our route & schedule as we have many deliveries to fit in. You are guaranteed the time slot you book for and any additional time caused by our route/schedule does not cost additional. If your event cannot accommodate early drop off or late pick-ups, your event is considered time sensitive which is an additional $99.
Q.Do you deliver to cities outside of your delivery radius?
A.Sometimes we will deliver to cities outside of our delivery radius for a delivery fee. Whether we can accommodate or not depends on the date, time frame of event, our schedule and mileage. Give us a text or call at 248-340-3253 or email us at info@alltimebounce.com to get more information!
Q.Does the time I picked include your setup time?
A.No. We arrive before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up by your scheduled time and you get to enjoy the entirety of your rental period!
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost if there is no outlet within 100ft of a set-up location. You will also need to check with the park office to make sure they allow inflatables to be set up and ask if they have any insurance requirements.
Q.We've rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are your inflatables clean?
A.We take pride in providing the best condition equipment as possible. Our inflatables are routinely cleaned during downtime and are also cleaned and disinfected on site at every rental.
Q.What if the weather is bad the day of my rental?
A.As long as the weather isn't so bad as to damage our equipment or we deem the rental unsafe, it is up to you if you would like to go ahead with the rental. If you decide to cancel your rental, you must do so 48 hours before your event at the latest. We can put in a non-expiring raincheck to be used for a future date or reschedule you. Please text, call or email as soon as possible when cancelling.
Q.Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable and once unplugged they deflate. We require a 120V outlet on a designated circuit within 100 feet of the unit.
Q.What form of payments do you take?
A.We accept all major credit cards as well as cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We do not accept checks.
Q.What if I need to cancel?
A.We understand that things happen! If you decide to cancel your rental, you must do so 48 hours before your event at the latest. We can put in a non-expiring raincheck to be used for a future date or reschedule you. Please text, call or email as soon as possible when cancelling.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, we require a $50 deposit to secure bookings. You may pay the remaining balance through the link in your order email or upon delivery with cash or card, checks are not accepted.
Q.How big are the inflatables?
A.You will find sizes & requirements listed within each product listing. Please measure your space to ensure it will fit. Inflatables need additional room for stakes and the blower. Our equipment can not rub against walls or trees as this may damage our equipment. We will not go down hills or stairs to access a set up location as most of our equipment can weigh up to 500lbs.
Q.I found a cheap Bounce House on Facebook or Craigslist - Why are your prices higher?
A.The old adage, "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is" applies here. Many of the bounce house rentals you'll find posted on places like Craigslist or Marketplace utilize old or light-duty residential bounce houses, both of which lack key inflatable safety features found on our newer, commercial-grade bounce houses. Most marketplace or craigslist "companies" are uninsured, can be unreliable and do not have the best equipment to make your event run smooth & safe or in the worst cases, are complete scams. We are one of the highest rated, longest running companies in Michigan whom take safety, quality equipment, punctuality and communication, very seriously. We are fully insured and licensed by the State of Michigan, and run by professionals with crews that are trained in the proper setup of your inflatable party rentals. Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, concrete, and indoors. Sorry, we can't set up on any sand, loose dirt or any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl. Sandbags are necessary for any surface aside from grass and we do not carry them unless they are ordered. Stakes for inflatables and tents go down 18"-48".
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.You'll find highlighted rules, requirements and our rental agreement within the confirmation/receipt email after booking. If you would like to see our rental agreement ahead of time, please contact us.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You're not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules, negligence, prohibited items, etc. you will be responsible for all damages or replacement of the equipment if it is deemed unrepairable.
