Does the price include delivery, setup, and teardown?
Yes! If your event location is within our free delivery area, delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup are all included at no extra charge. Check our service area or use the zip code checker to confirm your location.
When do you arrive to set up?
We arrive before your scheduled start time so everything is ready when your event begins. Depending on our route and schedule, we may arrive as early as 7 AM or pick up as late as 11 PM. You're guaranteed the rental window you booked — any extra time on our end doesn't cost you anything.
Does my rental time include your setup time?
No — we arrive before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is fully set up and ready by the time your rental begins. Your clock doesn't start until we're done.
Are your inflatables clean?
Absolutely. We clean and disinfect every inflatable on-site at every rental — not just between events. Our equipment is also routinely deep-cleaned during downtime. We take pride in delivering the best-condition equipment possible.
What if the weather is bad on my rental day?
Your rental will proceed unless conditions are genuinely unsafe (high winds, lightning, etc.). If you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll offer a raincheck or rescheduling at no penalty. We never want you stuck paying for a day you couldn't enjoy.
Does the inflatable need to stay plugged in the whole time?
Yes — inflatables are kept inflated by a continuous blower. If unplugged, they deflate quickly. You'll need a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. Don't have power nearby? We rent generators through our add-ons.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, and indoors. We're unable to set up on sand, loose dirt, gravel, or rocks. For non-grass surfaces, sandbags are required (we bring them). We also cannot go down hills or stairs to access your setup area, so make sure the site is reasonably accessible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash (exact change required). We do not accept checks. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at delivery via an emailed payment link or cash on the day of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your event. If you cancel within that window, we'll issue a raincheck or reschedule you at no charge. We work with you — life happens and we get it.

Are we responsible if the equipment is damaged?
You're not responsible for normal wear and tear — that's on us. However, customers are liable for damage caused by rule violations, negligence, or prohibited items (shoes in the bounce house, sharp objects, etc.). Our rental agreement outlines everything clearly and is included in your confirmation email.
